Energy in Today’s Classroom is a two-day course designed to fully support Missouri’s statewide educational standards. The course provides teachers with a background in energy and energy production. Teachers attending the course will participate in 15 hours of classroom training over a period of two days; August 1-2, 2023 in Jefferson City. Teachers who complete the course will receive 15 hours of professional development. In addition, teachers will also take home a classroom kit for their use at no cost.
